My order number 1000018628 was placed on 30th June with a promise to deliver it in 7-10 days. There has been no update since then. I have neither been contacted nor have I been able to track the order. After repeated follow-up and being promised thrice that ‘your shipment will reach you in a couple of days’ today, I see that the order has been cancelled. When I contacted the customer care, they tell me it is due to unavailability of stock. Here are my questions:
~ Why did it take 10 days to realize that the item was out of stock?
~ Why was I not informed when the order was cancelled?
~ Whys does your site not show any update?
~ When will my money be refunded?
~ Do you know what you are doing?
